Overview

Odoo MIS is a multi-tenant management information system built on Odoo. It serves 10+ company tenants and includes HRMS (people and HR operations) and Procurement (purchasing) modules.

Product challenge

In a multi-tenant product every company shares one platform and one backlog. Needs have to be prioritised so that work done for one tenant still holds up for all of them.

My role

Product ownership, from discovery through release.

• Owned the product from discovery and backlog prioritisation through release.
• Owned the HRMS and Procurement modules within the platform.

Key features

• Procurement: purchasing workflows for each tenant.
