About
I started in software delivery as a Flutter developer: translating product requirements into cross-platform apps, and building and deploying AttendEase to Google Play and the App Store.
Working that closely with product managers and owners pulled me to the other side of the table. As Associate Project Manager at Islington College's IT Research & Development unit, I led 50+ people across 7+ specialised teams and planned delivery for 5+ multi-tenant projects.
Today I'm a Product Manager at Pexus Tech. I own the full path from client request to release: requirements elicitation, feasibility and effort estimation, SRS and PRD authoring, scope and change control, acceptance criteria, data-migration planning and launch readiness.
Alongside that, I supervise final-year projects for 35+ BSc IT students at Islington College.
Away from software, I'm Creative Head & Admin and a Senior Swim Teacher at Swimming Everyday Nepal, and a certified Swim Australia Teacher.
